1. General Conditions
"FUREVER" Ltd. respects your online privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the terms imposed by the legislation of the European Union. “FUREVER” Ltd. is responsible for the use of personal information collected through the mobile application “FUREVER”, and takes all necessary measures to ensure the safe processing of your personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation and the Bulgarian Law on Personal Data Protection.
This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data of individuals or representatives of legal entities of our customers or potential customers, as well as users of the mobile application: "FUREVER", in connection with the services provided by “FUREVER” EOOD.
Your personal information is requested upon registration on the “FUREVER” mobile application.
By requesting our services or purchasing a subscription through the "App store" or in another way, you agree that “FUREVER” EOOD collects and stores the personal information which you provide, for the purposes described below and for the specified period of time.
“FUREVER” EOOD clearly indicates the necessary information which you must provide in order to gain access to the offered services and will subsequently use this information to enter into a civil contract and deliver the services requested by you and which are available through the “FUREVER” mobile application. We will not process your personal data for anything other than providing our services and products by entering into a contract with you.
In this privacy statement, we explain what personal data we collect and process. We recommend that you read this information carefully to you know the purposes for which "FUREVER" EOOD uses your data. This privacy statement further explains your privacy rights and how you may exercise them.
Please read this policy carefully before providing your personal data and using the mobile application. If you do not wish for us to process your personal data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, please do not provide it to us. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, and with the purpose of access to certain services provided by us. Please be aware that in some cases we will not be able to provide you with the services which you have requested if you do not provide us with the requested information.
2. What personal information we collect and process as controllers of personal data
Through the use of the “FUREVER” mobile application, we collect the minimum required personal data in order to proceed as an operator of your personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and process the following data for you:
I. Information which you provide:
• Registration forms completed by you in the "FUREVER" mobile application
• Content of correspondence with us
• Information from social media when you refer to our mobile application.
The information you provide to us may include: Your name, address, e-mail address, company, telephone number and comments.
II. Information we may automatically collect if you visit our mobile application and provide your consent:
• Technical information, including IP address, login information, browser type and version
• Information regarding your visit
• "Cookies" and other technologies
Your personal data is passed on to third parties only if you have given your consent. Your personal data may be processed by employees of "FUREVER" EOOD, who are expressly authorised by the personal data controller as personal data processors.
Information collected by our mobile application may be stored and processed in anonymous statistics or logs for internal use, such as traffic and profile analysis.
3. Purpose and legal grounds for processing your personal data
The “FUREVER” Developer Portal is a tool addressed to individuals or legal entities who would like to publish their advertisements on our Services.
In order to provide “FUREVER” API services as part of the Furever Developer Portal, we process the personal data of our users who are software developers or individual contractors / employees of such developers (collectively "Developer" or "Developers"). For this particular service, we process: the name, first and last name of the contact person with the developer, and the corresponding phone number.
The use of “FUREVER”API services requires activation with “FUREVER” account details. Whenever a new application “FUREVER” is added by a developer, you are required to fill out a special form and provide us with additional information related to the application and a contact person, in accordance with the provisions of the “FUREVER” Developer Portal Terms of Service . Although providing the data requested in the form is voluntary, it is still necessary to use the “FUREVER” API service. As part of using the Furever API services, we also process developer activity data as part of the “FUREVER” website.
We process the above information for the proper performance of the contract you have entered with us, for the purpose of improving our services and based on the premise of our interest in preventing fraud or abuse.
“FUREVER” is not responsible for the lawfulness of the processing of users' personal data as part of the application added by the developer. The obligation to provide reliable information about the rules of use of the application, the security policy and other information required by applicable law, in particular the provisions on the protection of personal data is up to each developer. “FUREVER” makes it mandatory for developers to update and maintain the application, in particular to ensure the security of user data processed through it.
We collect and process your personal data in order to conclude and/or perform a distance contract with you.
"FUREVER" EOOD processes your data on the basis of your voluntary and unconditional consent, for the following purposes:
Conclusion and fulfilment of obligations proceeding the conclusion of a distance contract; For this purpose, your personal data is used when necessary:
A) Administration and response to customer complaints / inquiries / appeals / reclamation; Refund of amounts and/or goods; product replacement;
B) Technical assistance to create an account/s and restore a forgotten password to access the mobile application;
C) Identification and validation of the legal age for online services;
D) Warranty service;
E) Renewal of offers to service providers; sharing important information regarding changes to our policy and other administrative information;
F) Issuance of invoices;
G) To carry out tax-insurance control by the relevant authorities;
H) Fulfilment of obligations in relation to distance selling/off-premises sales outlined in the Consumer Protection Act;
I) Provision of information to the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data in connection with obligations outlined in the legal framework for the protection of personal data - Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, etc.;
J) Obligations described in the Accounting Act and the Tax-Insurance Procedure Code and other related legal acts, in connection with maintaining correct and lawful accounting.
4. Your Rights
In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and the Bulgarian Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to request information regarding the use of your personal data or to opt out of certain use thereof.
Your rights as a subject of personal data can be exercised by requesting them by email: office@.........................com. All requests for access to personal data are processed by the manager of "FUREVER" EOOD - Eleonora Petrova Kabakchieva. Your rights as a data subject include:
1. In the event that "FUREVER" EOOD requests your consent to process your personal data, you can at any time decide to withdraw this consent without making the previous data processing illegal. You can exercise your rights at any time by contacting us at office@............................com.
2. The right to request a copy of your personal data stored by "FUREVER" EOOD, as well as information about the purposes of processing and about the recipients of your personal data. We will require proof of identity before fulfilling such requests.
3. You have the right to request the correction or updating of incorrect personal data and the deletion or limitation of some or all of your personal data, legally expressed as the right ‘to be forgotten’.
4. The right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to object to the transmission of such data.

6. The right of the subject of personal data processing not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
7. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and advertising, as well as to their disclosure to third parties and their use on their behalf for the purposes of direct marketing and advertising, by withdrawing your consent at any time. 8. You have the right to refuse the provision of personal data to "FUREVER" EOOD.
9. To enter into a distance contract with you and/or to provide you with the requested
services, in accordance with legal and subsequently our contractual obligations, "FUREVER" Ltd. requires certain data to identify the contract party, their representative, contact information and delivery information. Failure to provide such data prevents us from concluding a contract with you.
5. Data Retention
Your personal data is stored in our computer databases for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, but not more than 5 years. “FUREVER” users' data in the EEA is stored on cloud servers provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc., located in Dublin, Ireland. We will retain and use your personal data as long as is reasonable and necessary to provide our services, while your contract is active, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, but not more than 5 years.
6. Data Transfer Outside the European Union
Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where "FUREVER" Ltd. has operations.
7. How We Protect Your Data
"FUREVER" Ltd. implements organsational, physical, technological, and all other necessary measures to ensure the security and protection of your personal data and the regulation of personal data processing. Among other things, these security measures include:
- Limiting "FUREVER" Ltd. employees' access to customer personal data according to their duties;
- "FUREVER" Ltd. has established confidentiality obligations for its employees;
- We apply all necessary organisational and technical measures provided in the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the best practices in accordance with international standards;
- For maximum security in processing, transferring, and storing your data, we may use additional protection mechanisms such as encryption.
8. Personal Data of Children
We do not consciously collect personal information from children under the age of 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take the necessary measures to delete the information as soon as possible or obtain consent from the person holding parental responsibility or legal guardianship of the child.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Any significant changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page before the change takes effect. We recommend you regularly review these privacy policies to be informed about changes or updates that may affect you, as your continued use of the "FUREVER" mobile application signifies your consent to be bound by this privacy policy.
